How we collect your data
We collect data when you interact with us. The type and quantity of data we collect and how we use it depends on why you are providing it, this could be when you make an enquiry or purchase our goods and/or services. We may collect data when you: become a member of our mailing list, make a purchase, visit our website(s) or social media page(s) via tools such as cookies and online identifiers, including if you make comments on our message boards or discussion forums, contact us via phone, e-mail, post, our web contact form or become involved with us in any other way than as stated.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Where we store your personal data
Some of your data is stored by our IT suppliers who host our websites and applications. How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We keep your personal data for only the duration required to fulfil our contract with you or to provide services, to respond to enquiry or complaint, to protect legal or contractual rights or where it is in yours or another party’s vital interests or our legitimate interests, and when doing by conformance with applicable laws. For example, we retain: (1) for up to 7 years after account closure, your last purchase (whether via guest checkout or logged in) or last access to your account; (2) for up to 3 years where you have not made a purchase and we have had no interaction with you in the meanwhile prior to expiry of the retention period when your data will be deleted, examples of which include e-mail, live chat and ‘contact us’ correspondence which may be used for marketing purposes unless you ask us to stop sending marketing materials, in which case we will act on your request, and then keep a record of your request indefinitely.
We may anonymise your personal data to serve statistical purposes. The nature of anonymisation is such that the data can no longer identify or be connected to any individual, as such we may elect to keep anonymised data indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
